Warhammer 40K Tallarn Desert Raiders: Part 4

Devoted worshipers of the God-Emperor, the Tallarn Desert Raiders are highly skilled in desert warfare and mobile guerrilla tactics. On the battlefield, Tallarn Desert Raiders are evasive and opportunist, delivering swift hit-and-run attacks on their unsuspecting foes.

In an earlier 2018 post, I opened two blister packages of Tallarn Desert Raiders heavy weapons teams: a heavy bolter team and a lascannon team.  I discovered the lascannon team was missing a key component: the lascannon.  Thus, I ordered a resin laser cannon set from Victoria Miniatures; an Australian-based miniatures company owned by the talent miniatures sculptor, Victoria Lamb.

I assembled and painted the Tallarn Lascannon team using the resin laser cannon I purchased from Victoria Miniatures.  I choose a different colour pattern for the Lascannon Team from the Tallarn Desert Raiders I painted back in 2018, as I wanted these miniatures have a distinct look.  I used a similar tri-colour desert camouflage pattern for the Lascannon Team as I used for the Armageddon Steel Legion and Traitor Guardsmen I painted back in the summer.
