Warhammer 40,000 Squats (Woodland Camo): Part 2

Warhammer 40K Squats (Wargames Atlantic)

Squats, classified as Homo Sapiens Rotundus, are the descendants of early human settlers to mineral-rich high gravity worlds around the galactic core. Due to the conditions of these worlds, the Squats, over millennia, evolved into a short, stocky, and hardy species of Abhumans, standing on average 1.4 meters tall. Few Squats remain in the galaxy today, as their worlds were destroyed by an unnamed Tyranid fleet.

I recently purchased a box set of Wargames Atlantic Einherjar (Space Dwarves) miniatures; the box set contained 8 identical sprues, which allowed you to build a total of 24 miniatures (3 miniatures per sprue).  I purchased this set to use as proxies for Rogue-Trader era Squats; the Warhammer 40K version of the Fantasy Dwarves.

In my previous post, I painted a group of 6 Squats in a winter camouflage pattern.  I finished building and painting a second group of Squats, which I painted in a woodland/jungle camouflage pattern.  I have added photos of these miniatures to the newly created Squats section of the Old Guard, a Warhammer 40K fan site dedicated to the Imperial Guard (Astra Militarum) miniatures of old (2nd edition).
