Fighters as experts in martial combat, skilled at fighting in heavy armour and capable of wielding a wide selection of weapons. Fighters, with their heavy armour and ability to withstand injuries, form the front ranks of adventuring parties, shielding their less armoured party members from attacks from their foes. Outside of the adventuring party, fighters are found as professional soldiers, noble knights, seasoned mercenaries, seafaring captains, and tribal chieftains.

The Labyrinth Lord Fighter Character Generator Version 2 has launched, and is available on Adventurer’s Portal, a fan sited dedicated to Goblinoid Games’ Labyrinth Lord role-playing game.  This iteration of the character generator adds additional functionality to the original Labyrinth Lord Fighter Generator, by more options for customizing the randomly generated character.  These options includes random name generation, random weapons and equipment generation, and the ability to customize ability scores with the use of drop-down menus.

You are a trickster, a mischief-maker, and at times a troublemaker. You are the teller of tall tales; the singer of strange songs. You call the mountains, the forests, and the open skies your home. You would rather gamble than do an honest day’s work. Most consider you lazy; but you consider yourself resourceful, as you always find ways to reap the greatest benefits from the least amount of work.

Tengu are a demi-human race of ‘crow-men’. A fully grown tengu stands just over 5’ tall. Like birds, tengu have hollow bones, which allows them to fly; thus, it is rare for an adult tengu to weigh more than 80 lbs. Tengu usually live in isolated locations, with their dwellings hidden within ancient trees, on mountain sides or in abandoned temples. Tengu spend much of their time near roads frequented by travellers; there, they wait for unsuspecting travellers, where they use their talent of stealth and thievery to steal food and goods from their unsuspecting victims. Often their victims do not realize that the theft has occurred until after they have reached their destinations, many miles away.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The seventh and final Dungeon Crawl Classics (DCC) Eastern Adventures Character Generator, the Tengu Character Class Generator, has launched and is available on the Tengu section of DCC Eastern Adventures Redux; the companion website for the upcoming DCC Eastern Adventures campaign supplement.  The Tengu Character Generator builds on the fourth iteration of the DCC Character Generators, by adding more options for random character generation.  The most notable of these options is the ability to customize Ability Scores by using drop-down menus for each ability score.  Also included is a new Eastern themed character sheet, and the zero-level occupations from the Eastern Adventures supplement.
